It’s greens are huge and mostly flat. And best of all, each green has two cups to putt at – and one is 8 inches wide! It’s the perfect place for beginners or veterans or anyone who wants to enjoy some stunning scenery and setting. Because here it’s less about strategy, more about enjoyment. So my approach in depicting this place is different too. More pictures, less attempt to score well.
Sarasota's 2nd hole sets you up for a picturesque approach!
The course is one of four Level 1 courses. Chula Vista, El Santiago & Turtle Mound are the others. But Sarasota is the only one with two cups on each hole, making it ideal for beginners and their more experienced partners to play together.
Contact the Golf Academy for lessons on putting and your short game. From the 6th tee box you can see the facilities available
The 7th hole on the left is one of the longest shots of the day but the green is wide and flat enough to catch your drive! On #4 on the right you can see the two flags and a trap that's larger than the green. Both of these holes prove while Sarasota is designed to friendly, it's not completely without challenge.

You can research all of these ideas online – google it and you’ll find lots of options. But just a few minutes from the Sarasota golf course is an actual business with actual live people who may be able to help. It’s called Hometown Property Rentals located just north of the Wal-Mart on Meyer Loop. Here’s their website:
My impressions are based on playing from the Gold tee boxes. The Black and the Green tee boxes pose different challenges or benefits described as well. The rankings of the toughest to easiest holes are just my opinions - yours will be far different, as will your favorite courses and most difficult and attractive holes.
